Due to many requests for our Baby Back Ribs and other specialties, we have made them available for shipping or local pick up. Vacuum packed and deep-frozen, they will keep for up to a year in the freezer and are easy to thaw and serve. They will arrive at your door frozen, complete with Rio Grandé BBQ Sauce and thawing instructions.


When we cook, we cook! Whether cooking for a competition or for a party, it requires the same time and energy to cook a small portion for judging as it does to cook to our full capacity (about 100 lbs.). It is for this reason that the availability of our products varies, depending on our competition schedule. This page displays what is currently available for shipping or local pick up, as well as upcoming cooking events.
